GENERAL POLICIES

We make an effort to keep our website as accurate as possible. Since we are in the wholesale/retail industry, our supplier's prices may change, therefore prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the web will be honored with a web order when placed. No portion of this website may be used or reproduced without our written consent. We reserve the right to deny a sale if the order appears fraudulent. All photos, text and information have the rights reserved by Nook and Tranny LLC. General Motors trademarks are used under license to Nook & Tranny LLC.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally shipped out the same day, or next available business day, depending the time of order. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Special order and custom manufactured items take longer. All orders over 1 lb are shipped UPS ground insured, unless noted otherwise, or selected. No PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, as UPS will not deliver to those addresses. If you have a PO Box, APO/FPO or other non-UPS address, please contact our staff to get you a quote for USPS. Orders totaling $250 or more are shipped signature required. Please make all arrangements to receive your purchase before completing an order. Orders are normally delivered within 1-7 business days. PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) through secure online payment gateway, Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check-Debit), phone, mail, and fax. COD is now available for those who do not have credit cards (Subject to current UPS COD fee). Our Paypal user ID is sales@nookandtranny.com. We currently only ship to your credit card billing address. Orders failing to pass a verification system may be cancelled. RETURN POLICY
Returns subject to limitations stated in the item description. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Certain products may require an inspection fee. No returns after 7 days. Special order and custom made items are not returnable. Electrical items are not returnable. Only unused, uninstalled or sealed products may be returned. All returns require a RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. Returns must be shipped prepaid, insured and must have an RMA on the outside of the package, or they may be refused. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded, and may be shipped back COD to buyer. Items must be received back to us within 30 calendar days from receipt date, Allow 24-48 hours from return date for your refund to be processed. Refunds are made using the same method as paid. Defective products : Alleged defective items must be shipped back to us or the manufacturer, depending on the product. Defective products may be tested by us or the manufacturer. If the product is found not defective, no credit/refund will be issued. Products found defective will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
